1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the dhka7 platform, including creating an account, placing a wager, or making a deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the dhka7 platform.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and dhka7 with respect to your use of the platform. Any prior representations, warranties, or understandings, whether oral or written, are superseded by these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

6. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following acts are expressly prohibited:

• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the platform using automated tools without dhka7's express written consent.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

dhka7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; failure to comply with a KYC or identity verification request within the specified timeframe; or any conduct that dhka7 reasonably believes places the integrity of the platform at risk.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account will be assessed against outstanding wagering requirements, pending bonus conditions, and any claims arising from suspected fraudulent activity. Cleared funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all checks are complete.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. These terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein. No oral statement, representation, or promise made by any dhka7 employee or agent shall vary or add to these terms unless confirmed in writing by an authorised dhka7 representative.
